Please call or fill out the form below and we will check dates and availability. We will confirm your reservation over the phone or via email within 2-3 business days.
Accommodations: In this residence, with separate entrances, are two private apartments, in addition to our own quarters.
Rates: Upper apartment from $130.00; lower apartment from $135.00. Rates are per night double occupancy (add $20.00 per person over two people in either apartment) and does not include 13.45% tax or $100.00 cleaning fee. Rates subject to change without notice.
Deposit and Payments: 50% deposit required to confirm reservations. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal checks are accepted. There is a cleaning fee of $100.00. A security deposit of $200 is required with your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Ho'onanea reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the value of the reserved stay for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival. Less may be charged depending on cancellation circumstances, and whether or not we are able to reserve the canceled dates for another party, which always happens with any reasonable notice.
